Jamon Jamon began in 2004 when Nick Friedman started importing the best meats and cheeses from a deli in Valencia to a market stall on the Golborne Road. He soon expanded to include Spanish omelettes, tapas and his trademark paella.
In 2007 he moved to the iconic Portobello Market and while the street food scene exploded around him, Jamon Jamon remained true to the original recipes and ethos that made it a success.
